Interns are thrown right into the mix of Wowrack’s marketing department by assisting with event planning from in-house events to travel budget planning activities; writing press materials, assist with marketing copy, and learning marketing automation. In addition, our interns our involved with learning about what it takes to strategize and execute a successful marketing campaign.


Responsibilities included but not limited:

  • Assist with graphic design, email templates

Requirements:

Wowrack is hiring for a full time Sales Lead Generation Specialist position to help drive growth in our overall revenue and setting appointments on behalf of the Outside Sales Teams for new customer acquisitions. Work Shift :
This is a regular work hour shift 8am-5pm Monday – Friday at Wowrack HQ.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of Wowrack products and services, and clearly articulate our capabilities and advantages to prospective customers.
  • Ability to identify the needs of current customers or prospects and generate interest through various lead contact activities: Phones (majority), emails, social media and other avenues.
  • Understand the prospect’s business and possible IT or Cloud environment and communicate our value proposition.
  • Uncover prospects’s business challenges and relevant IT initiatives.
  • Outbound telephone-based sales pressure with the primary goal of setting appointments for inside and outside sales agents.
  • Develop superior customer service relationships with prospects – adding value with each contact, ensuring that activity is leading the prospect closer an appointment.
  • Work through provided lead lists in our CRM systems, cleanse the leads, update vital lead information, and leverage digital resources (website, tech news, industry sites, linkedin, etc) to gain better understanding of prospects product and services.
  • Ensure a seamless transition of customer expectations and account responsibilities to the Inside/Outside Sales team, or the Operations team.
  • Utilize professional networks, relationships within current contacts, and other industry forums to create new opportunities/prospects.
  • Be a cloud / technology expert by consistently updating, gathering, analyzing, and applying industry knowledge through reading various industry trade publications, monitoring competitive products and solutions, active in online forums, and reading tech blogposts.
  • Provide weekly feedback and report on lead generation, prospecting and opportunities.
  • Set a minimum number of appointments per month as assigned.
  • Meet / exceeds quota on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BS candidates preferred; or relevant sales experience in lieu of degree.
  • 2+ years business experience in of telemarketing, lead generation and/or value-based selling environment.
  • General understanding of Internet datacenter, public cloud servers, private cloud environment, server, storage & networking hardware.
  • Although not required, a high level understanding of Internet Infrastructure related products and services is a bonus (i.e.: IaaS, DRaaS, Network security, Storage, Server Hardware, VMware, Microsoft server suites, open source technologies).
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly concise in their communication skills and shows the ability to provide speedy and quality responses (email, chat or phone).

Wowrack is looking for experienced Senior System Administrator with Microsoft Technologies concentration to support our Managed Cloud Hosting division. You will be closely working with our fellow System Administrators and Project Managers to complete various System and Network Administration Project for our Managed Cloud Hosting clients. This position requires individual with high self motivation and high sense of responsibilities as you will be administering customer's critical production networks. You must be a problem solver with the ability to come up with different options and solutions for various Systems or Network related problems.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, deploy, migrate and administer Wowrack Managed Cloud Hosting infrastructure.
  • Involvement in Network Design, System Design and Maintenance of network and system related equipments for small and medium sized business (<500 Users Network).
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and maintenance of wide array of managed servers and network related services such as physical & hardware layer, web /mail / dns / database services, routing / switching / firewall devices & mobile devices.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate IT documentation and procedures.
  • Working closely with customers and provide project management and consulting expertise when needed.
  • Manage and maintain Wowrack current corporate IT Infrastructure (Production + Stage)

Wowrack is looking for a Senior Network Engineer with 10 years’ experience in designing, Implementing and troubleshooting various network technologies. Background includes hands-on experience, specializing in Cisco Environment in Data center, LAN/WAN and Security.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The ideal candidate will be expected to provide high quality first-tier network and network event management for Wowrack’s (expanding) worldwide network operations. They will demonstrate an excellent knowledge of networking and networking concepts and theory, and have experience participating in operational network support for an internet company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving complex issues to resolution autonomously and/or collaboratively. A passion for working with new technologies and pushing the envelope on existing technology is required & expected for this role.


Engineering and Provisioning:

  • Engineering of NE-related solutions for various project and operational needs.
  • Design, build and implement new solutions for our customers needs
  • Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
  • Contribute to and maintain system standards.
  • Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for network administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.

Operations and Support:

  • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, resources, systems and key processes, reviewing logs etc.
  • Perform regular security monitoring & create Risk vs. Reward statements.
  • Create automation of monitoring of new services.
  • Perform regular file archival and purge as necessary.
  • Provide Tier III/other support per request from various constituencies. Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
  • Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.

Maintenance:

Wowrack is looking for an Internet Datacenter Technician position to support and run our day-to-day datacenter activities. You will be closely working with our Datacenter Infrastructure team and also our Senior System Administrator team. Responsibilities

  • Support and Manage Wowrack.com Datacenter Infrastructure.
  • Responsible for setting up new server builds. Strong experience with various server hardware is required.
  • Responsible for deploying customer servers, network equipment, and all network infrastructure related equipment.
  • Responsible for deploying datacenter related infrastructure such as server cabinets, power distribution units, UPS systems, KVM/IP Systems, and cabling infrastructure.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining existing deployments.
